Pre-Auction Marketing

What does Pre-Auction Marketing mean?

Pre-Auction Marketing means that the 'Auction Pack' or 'Property Legal Pack' is not yet complete.

The Auction / Buyers Information Pack contains documents such as the Draft Contract for Sale, Title Documents, Maps, Planning Documents and other relevant documents.

Interested parties are encouraged to consider these documents carefully prior to bidding on an auction property.

Can I place a bid on a Pre-Auction Marketing property?

Yes you can.

Whilst the facility to bid online does not start until the Auction / Legal Pack is complete, you can contact our Auction Specialists by phone on the number below, by completing the "Request Details" section or by email to arrange a viewing, place a bid or obtain more information and register your interest.

When can I bid online?

The online bidding facility will appear as soon as the Auction / Legal Pack is complete. At that point you will see the timer begin to countdown to the allotted end date of the auction cycle.

Some vendors may decide to accept bids made prior to the end of the auction and it is advised to register your interest at the earliest possible time.

The simplest way to keep up-to-date. Register your details to receive our email communications.
